As a team of employees do you share any similar interests/tastes? As you can imagine we are all very different though we could probably group the team by profession, the designers are very creative and very arty keeping abreast of all the latest in fashion & trends, the developers are rather geeky and subdued and love coding away for hours, the marketers are very creative and are visionaries, the sales team are slick and sophisticated  and the account managers are very serious and methodical well I guess that they would need to be as they have to project manage and keep everyone in toe.
